All Turtle Lane Players Inc. hourly paid staff MUST submit a timesheet every week, by 4pm on MONDAY to ensure accurate payroll. The form below MUST be used to submit your hours

Hours will be calculated per 15 minutes worked. For example:

0-15 minuntes- claim 15 minutes

15-30 minutes - claim 30 minutes

30-45 minutes - claim 45 minutes

45-60 minutes - claim 1 hour

examples

If you work Monday 1 hour and 10 minutes- you would claim 1 hr 15minutes.

If you work Tuesday 20 minutes, you  would claim 30 minutes.

If you come in and work for 10 minutes- you would claim 15 minutes - NOT 1 hour

Time in and Time out should be entered in the following format

EXAMPLE - 9.30am, 6.00pm, 5.45pm, 6.20pm etc

Hours will be calculated as : TIme out -Time in - Downtime = Daily hours

for example

Time in = 5.20pm, TIme out - 8.00pm, Downtime = 30 minutes

Daily Hours would be - 8:oopm - 5.20pm = 2hr 40 minutes - 30 minutes = 2hr 10minutes - Daily hours = 2hr 15 minutes
